By installing, accessing, or using the Digital Wellness Slack application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use or install the App in your Slack workspace.

2. Description of Service

Digital Wellness is a Slack integration designed to send automated daily reminders containing tips, videos, or messages encouraging active breaks ("pausas activas"). The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of promoting health and wellness within your team. You must not:

  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the security of the App or its database.
  • Use the App to send spam, unsolicited messages, or any content that is offensive or inappropriate.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included in the App, except for content sourced from public platforms (such as YouTube videos), is the property of Digital Wellness or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our branding, logo, or source code without explicit permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Digital Wellness App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. The App is not intended to provide professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Digital Wellness, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Digital Wellness operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
